As Co-founder and CEO at Remote Santa, I led our mission to tackle loneliness in remote teams. We made it easy for global employees to send gifts and celebrate birthdays virtually.

In my role, I planned our strategy, crafted a business plan, and oversaw the tech side of things, ensuring our platform worked smoothly. I also handled DevOps, making our processes more efficient.

From the initial idea to launching our first version, getting our first clients, and talking to customers, we went through the startup journey. Unfortunately, we had to close due to financial challenges. This experience taught me a lot about running a startup and facing its ups and downs.
