I led two engineering teams, 8 engineers in total, during a critical scaling phase at MedMe Health (YC W21). I introduced lean, MVP-first delivery practices, helping the teams ship products 3–4x faster while fostering a culture of rapid experimentation. Together, we built a Voice Agent that automated 95% of inbound booking calls for pharmacists, making their workday easier and allowing them to serve more patients. We also rolled out an AI Scribe that saved pharmacists 2–3 hours of paperwork each day, so they could focus on patient care. On top of that, I streamlined our hiring process, cutting time-to-hire to just two weeks with a 100% success rate, supporting the company’s growth and scaling goals.
